DATE CHANGE: Due to Friday’s rain forecast, please join us at Huntley Meadow from 4:30–7 p.m. on Sunday, October 4.

The harvest table, community salad, concessions, Norwich Rec Fun Run, and all-MCS photo will continue as planned. Arrive before 5:30 p.m. for the Fun Run and wear your Norwich gear!

Bikes are still welcome, however the Police will not be present to coordinate activities.

The new date may open the door for new volunteers—or create gaps in our original schedule. Sign up to volunteer or contribute food here.

We hope to see you Sunday!

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS:

• Bring your own picnic dinner, and enjoy our harvest table of breads and spreads, along with a local mixed green salad. Baked goods and other snacks will be offered by cash donation as well.

• Fun Run for All Ages led by Norwich Recreation around the perimeter of Huntley Meadow. Arrive before 5:30 PM to participate in the race and then an all MCS photo on the hill afterwards. Kids should wear their Norwich gear of any kind!

This event kicks off the Marion Cross PTO’s annual fundraising drive, which supports school celebrations, grants, and other PTO activities. If your kids love Field Day, Apple Day, S’mores on the Green, BINGO Night, Bike to School Day, and more, please join in and donate to the PTO to keep these events happening. Donors can pick up an MCS car magnet as a special thank you.

Can’t volunteer but still want to help? Make your donation to the PTO here.
